Refund Policy

Membership of the Mahasabha is obtained by making a donation to the trust. Two amounts are accepted: ₹10 for five-year membership and ₹100 for lifetime membership.

All such donations are final. Once a payment has been completed, the amount is not refunded. This is stated on the payment screen in both Hindi and English before any payment is made, and completing the payment confirms that the donor accepts it.

Before paying, the donor confirms that all information provided in the registration form is accurate, truthful and consistent with official documents. The full declaration is shown on the payment screen and must be accepted before the payment link is issued.

If any information is later found to be incorrect, the Mahasabha may take corrective action and the membership may be rejected. A donation is not returned in that event. Donors are asked to check every detail carefully before paying.

A membership donation cannot be cancelled once the payment has been completed.

A registration that is begun but not paid for is simply not completed. No amount is charged in that case, so there is nothing to cancel and no membership is created.

This section does not create an exception to the policy above. It covers the separate situation where money leaves a donor’s account but no donation is recorded against a membership.

• If a payment fails after the amount has been debited, the amount is reversed by the bank or the payment gateway. This usually takes five to seven working days and does not require any action by the Mahasabha.
• If an amount was debited more than once for the same membership, or the reversal above has not appeared after seven working days, write to us with the transaction details and the date. We will check the payment record at our end and respond.
• Membership is recorded only after the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway. Confirmation can take a few minutes to arrive.
